Popplio fan stamp

I will be honesty here. I didn't like this guy at first. as time pass i actually like this cute water starter. as of lately he getting the worst treatment then Oshawott did. I even seen this art that was very wrong in so many way. i won't go into detail on it but all in all Popplio is very cute and the hate he getting is unnecessarily.
