It just pretty much my version of a ghost type eevee evolution plus i'm still thinking of a good name for it. i may do a shiny version of it in the future just not right now. i may put more info like state and such but i really don't feel like doing that right now so yeah XD

Shiny version: sta.sh/0fognhhb4ut the main fur i wanted to be white as it is the opposite of black. i may change the blue grey color to something else later but i know i want the main fur white.
